Dr. J is now offering a unique circuit style exercise class that will work your entire body.
It is designed to work every major muscle group from your calves to your shoulders and everything in between. It is set up with 15 stations that you are at for a little over 2 minutes per station with 3 stations devoted to cardio (treadmill, bike, stepper).
Why take an exercise class? Who doesn’t want to feel better and have more energy?
Exercise has countless health benefits and you will feel great and will be more energized when you start to get into shape.
Who is the class for? Everyone… it is a zero intimidation place
It is designed for anyone wanting to get into better shape. The awesome thing about it is if you have not worked out in a while then you travel at your own pace. You may start out at a station and perform only 10 repetitions at one station and then move on to the next and do the same. The idea is that the next time you come in your goal should be 11 repetitions at every station.
How long should it take?
It should take no longer than 45 minutes followed by a light stretching activity at the end of the workout.
When are the classes offered and how do I sign up for a class?
Morning: Monday, Wednesday, Friday class starts at 8 am
Afternoon: Monday, Wednesday, Friday class starts at 1:15
Evening: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, classes start at 5:15 pm.
